Synopsis

A tip comes in that a dark deal is going on at a certain port. Maruboshi Chiba is searching for a mysterious attaché case in order to find out "something" about an underworld organization with which he has connections. Detectives Kamiya and Yuzuki, who are on a stakeout near the crime scene, are called to the station and leave the scene without finding any clues. Then a mysterious van arrives...
