Excellent film on auto racing. Mendy Fry is an amazing protaganist in this exciting documentary. She shows us that what commitment looks like on the dragstrip

A documentary about a Woman in a Man's world -- and about her staring down adversity and tragedy and showing the boys the way home. There is nothing more ferocious and terrifying than a nitro-belching Top Fuel dragster -- and nothing more satisfying than a member of the fairer sex dominating both the men and a machine that wants to kill her. Such harrowing conflict and adversity are superbly captured by _Time Trials_. With its unprecedented access to drag racers as they toil and thrash behind the scenes, this film is equal parts D.A. Pennebaker's _Don't Look Back_ and Russ Meyer's _Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!_ Highly recommended.
