Synopsis
Grace Winston has HPD (Histrionic Personality Disorder) - After murdering her husband, she moves to Philadelphia and finds herself in love and obsessed with her neighbor - How to make him fall for her? She invents an imaginary stalker, and she'll need his help.

From TMDB users**_Danielle Savre as a psycho stalker_** A woman from northeast Ohio is diagnosed with a mental disorder before deciding to start a new life in Philadelphia, where she sets her sights on a potential beau (Jefferson Brown). "The Perfect Stalker" (2016) plays like the typical Lifetime flick, utilitarian with little sense of artistry, but proficient enough if you value the cast members, locations or storyline. Beautiful Danielle makes it worth watching, but don’t expect to warm up to her cracked character. It runs 1 hour, 29 minutes, and was shot in Hull, Québec, and Ottawa, Ontario, which is just to the south across the river. GRADE: C
