The Trip
Synopsis
A dysfunctional couple head to a remote lakeside cabin under the guise of reconnecting, but each has secret designs to kill the other. Before they can carry out their respective plans, unexpected visitors arrive and the couple is faced with a greater danger than anything they could have plotted.

From TMDB usersI had no expectations. I came across this movie by chance and started watching it with no expectations at all. The premise is fun and it works quite well in this format. And I appreciated it greatly. To then see Atle appear as he did after having watched him on the Norwegian version of Taskmaster was just great. He does his role phenomenally and lifts the entire movie. The story, the casting and the directing is fine. I like this movie and it is superior to its American remake, which I think you should avoid if you watched this.
